Return and Refund Policy
Physical Products: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a physical product (such as a training kit) that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products, including online courses, tutorials, and other downloadable content, we do not offer returns or refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing digital products, you agree to this no-return, no-refund policy. We encourage you to review course details and other digital offerings carefully before making your purchase.
Course Refund Policy: For in-person training courses, a 3-day cooling-off period is provided. If you cancel within 3 days of enrollment, you will receive a full refund. After this period, or once the online curriculum begins, refunds will no longer be available. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, and students are encouraged to reschedule if necessary.
Financing and Payment Plans: If you choose to finance your course or purchase, please refer to the specific terms of the financing agreement for details on payment schedules, cancellation policies, and any other related terms.
