The Permanent Eyeliner Course that I teach at National Permanent Cosmetics Academy is the longest Permanent Eyeliner Course offered in the entire nation. Q: Do I need any permanent eyeliner supplies before I enroll?
Nope! You don’t need to bring anything except yourself, I will provide all the supplies and materials needed for your hands-on training.
