Permanent Eyeliner

Permanent eyeliner has become one of the highest demanded services offered in the permanent makeup industry. It is also one of my favorite permanent makeup services to perform on my clientele because of the way that it can completely transform a face and make some of your favorite facial features pop even more. In this blog post, I am going to go over the most popular styles of permanent eyeliner and what you can expect from each eyeliner look.

Classic Permanent Eyeliner: Classic permanent eyeliner tends to be the most commonly serviced eyeliner that is available on the market. This type of permanent eyeliner starts with the first eyelash that is within the inner corner and ends with the last eyelash in the outer corner of the eye. There is not a prominent wing that is added onto this style, as is seen with winged classic eyeliner. This specific type of eyeliner resembles more of a liquid eyeliner look and has a very defined line. Below is an example of classic permanent eyeliner that I have serviced one of my clients with.

Eyelash Enhancement: An eyelash enhancement is a great option if you are looking to define your eyes and give the appearance of thicker lashes. It is also very flattering on all skin pigments and eye colors. With a lash enhancement, the liner goes in-between your lashes and not above. So with this, the thickness of the liner depends on the thickness of your lash line. This is the most subtle style of permanent eyeliner, and is another very popular style when it comes to this modality of permanent makeup. Below is an example of an eyelash enhancement that I serviced one of my clients with.

Smokey Eyeliner: If you are debating between smokey or classic eyeliner, you can never go wrong with smokey eyeliner. This style of eyeliner is very flattering on everyone, and you can always switch to classic on your touchup without having to go thicker. Smokey eyeliner resembles eyeliner done with an eyeliner pencil, where it has a beautiful soft edge. Below is an example of smokey eyeliner that I have serviced one of my clients with.

Winged Eyeliner: As you can probably guess, winged eyeliner adds a wing to the end of your permanent eyeliner service. Winged eyeliner extends and uplifts your eyes while giving you a full put together eyeliner look. One of the amazing things about winged eyeliner, along with all other permanent makeup eyeliner services, is that it allows you to wake up with perfect eyeliner each and every morning. This PMU service is also waterproof, smudge proof, and sweat proof, so you can enjoy all of life’s activities while having your eyeliner stay on perfectly.

Permanent eyeliner is a permanent makeup service that is in very high demand right now, and is only going to continue to grow higher and higher in demand each year.
